Ingredients
Marination
1.Bitter Gourd - 250 grams
2.Curd - 4 tbspn
3.Tumeric Powder - 1/4 tspn
4.Red chilli Powder - 1 tspn
5.Sambar Powder - 1 tspn
6.CorianderPowder - 1 tspn
7.Salt - As per taste
For Fry
1.Onion - 2 nos
2.Curry leaves - few
3.Mustrad Seeds - 1/4 tspn
4.Channa Dal - 1/2 tspn
5.Urad Dal - 1/2 tsp
6.Oil - 2 tbspn
7. Water - 1/2 cup
8.Shredded Cocount - 3 tbspn
Step by Step Pictures
In a bowl add all the ingredients mentioned in the marination.Mix well and marinated for half an hour
Heat a pan,add oil,once oil heat add mustard,Channa and Urad dal,once spulter add onion and curry leaves
Now add shredded coconut and fry it
Now tasty and wonderful Pavakkai Masala fry is ready to eat.Serve with white rice,rasa sadham,curd rice
