Drumstick Leaves/Murungai keerai/Keerai Soup

Drumstick leaves soup is different in taste and easy to prepare.Normally we prepare poriyal and kootu.But we didn't prepare soup in drumstick leaves.Its rich in iron content.In pre and post pregnancy we will take this twice a days.It will increase breast milk.Few of them say if we eat drumstick leaves definitely stomach upset is der.The reason for this we over cook the drumstick leaves.Any dish you prepared in drumstick leaves don't over cook it.Here we use some spices it will help to cure cold also.All ingredients are freshly added so taste will be a awesome.If kids not interest to eat thedrumstick leaves you will give in this way.

Ingredients

Crush the onion,garlic separately.Crush pepper,cumin seeds,coriander seeds separately
In pan add water,once water heat add cursed onion and garlic ingredients
Boil 5 minutes and then crushed pepper,coriander,cumin seeds and boil until raw smell goes off
Add drumstick leaves and 4 minutes.Don't boil too much
Strain and drink the soup.If you need grind the leaves and mix in this strain water and again boil for 5 minutes.I didn't do that  if u need you will do otherwise stop this stage itself
Measurements
Normally we will confuse in measurements.In recipe we will say take one cup of water something like that at that time you will confuse the measurement of cup and all.So it will help to get clear view of measurements.
