Yellow pumpkin is normally sweet in taste.Mostly kids love to eat this.Normally we prepare poriyal and sambar in yellow pumpkin. I was tried kesari in pumpkin.My son not eat this pumpkin ,so i was decide to give pumpkin in his lovable way.He love to eat kesari so i was tried this recipe.It was so yummy definitely your kids will love to eat.Its look like a yellow in color,normally pumpkin is sweet in nature so you will add little amount of sweet in it.Here i was used white sugar you will use any sugar.

Ingredients
1.Pumpkin Puree - 1 cup
2.Rava - 1 cup
3.Water - 1 cup
4.Sugar - 1/4 cup
5.Ghee - 1/4 cup
6.Cashew - 1 tbspn
7.Badham - 1 tbspn
(Note:You change the measurements according to your taste)
Step by Step Pictures
Heat a pan,add rava and roast it
Heat a pan,add ghee and roast cashew and badham
Heat a pan add ghee ,once ghee melt add pumpkin puree and water
Once liquid boil add sugar and cook until sugar completely dissolved
In medium flame, slowly add roasted rava and stir continuously for avoid lumps.If u need add ghee
Once rava cooked completely add cashew and badham
Finally add some ghee and switch off the flame
