Homemade kasuri Methi

Kasuri Methi is normally used in northside people.They will use in all the dishes they were prepared.Now we southindian also used it.But truth is we will take this in the form of Vendhaya kerrai.Its has lot of nutrients and so many health benefits.But this keerai is bitter in taste so our kids not interested to eat.As a mom we will think how we will give to kids in the form they like.so I got this idea ,my son eat kebab,thandoori, so I will add kasuri methi into the dish.Its worked me lot,but every time I will buy in shop only.In my mom home town they were cultivated.so i will prapared kasuri methi in home itself.Its very easy to prepare and anything prepared in home means alot


Ingredients
 Methi leaves/Vendhaya keerai - 3 bunch
Method
1.First clean and wash completely
2.Drain the water completely and rest it half an hour in strainer itself because we don't have any water in it
3.Now place a cloth in tray and spread it half an hour because if any water in leaves means it will drain it
4.Now spread the leaves in cloth and dry in dark place,avoid sunlight 
5.Daily we will check and spread it so only evenly all leaves are dried
5.It will take time to dry but once you prepared it will common for two month depending upon your usage

Clean the leaves and drain it completely and leave it in stainer for half an hour
Place a cloth(prefer white cloth) on tray and spread leaves on the tray and leave it half an hour,we don't need even single drop of water in leaves
Place a towel in room and spread the leaves and allow to dry and it take time to dry,atleast 4 to 5 days
*Important :Avoid sunlight to get better kasthuri methi
Due to light effect it will look like this
After 5 Days,your kasuri methi is ready and transfer to box and store it for later use
