Vendakkai onion fry is set with all kind of food.Its set with chapatti,rice and any kind of variety rice.my husband love vendakkai fry very much.But seriously i m not interest to prepare this fry because of stickiness.Finally i was found easy way to avoid stickiness in vandakkai.Then you will love to prepare a vendakkai fry.Here i didnt add onion.Here i will add egg it will give taste,all people love this.Because of my son i will try this dish it came out very well.

Ingredients
Ladies finger - 250gms
Egg - 2 nos
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn
Red chilli powder - 1 tspn
Sambar powder - 1 tspn
Pepper powder - 1/2 tspn
Curry leaves
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tspn
Channa Dal - 1/4 tspn
Urad dal - 1/4 tspn
Salt
Oil

Heat a pan,add oil and add mustard seeds,channa dal,urad dal,curry leaves
Add fried ladies finger and add all powder mentioned in ingredients except pepper powder
Before adding salt check it once because already salt in fried ladies finger
