It contain rich fiber and low in  calories.It rich in protein and low cholesterol It contain 88% of manganese.It is an important mineral that helps digest fats.



Ingredients

Brown Rice - 1 Cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp

                                                               Note : 1 Cup = 200 ml

Preparation

Take all the ingredients





Soak it for 1/2hour



In vessels add rice and water (3/4 cup) and salt.Put vessels on pressure cooker and cover it



Cook in low flame upto 8 whistle.


Brown rice is ready
