Ingredients
Tamarind - 1 medium lemon size
Small onion - 15nos
Green Chilli - 3 nos
Coriander leaves - few
Salt - As per taste
Method
1.Extract juice from tamarind and add water (Adjust water according to your sourness)
2.Add chopped onion,green chilli,salt and Coriander leaves
3.Mix it well and leave it for half an hour
4.Now your traditional rasam is ready to serve
