Pumpkin Seeds fry is my grandma recipe.Its rich in protein.Normally we are through off the seeds,but we don't know how much nutrition is in seeds.My son loves this fry and it's taste is similar to popcorn.So kids love to eat

Ingredients
Pumpkin seeds - 1/2 cup
Salt - as per taste
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tspn
(Note : Adjust the quantity of spices according to your taste)
Method
1.Clean the seeds
2.Heat a pan,add seeds and fry it for 5 minutes
3.Add salt and fry it few minutes
4.Add red chilli powder and fry it,until it change the colour lite black
5.If you need,add 1/2 tspn oil otherwise skip this
6.Now your pumpkin seeds fry is ready
