Hibiscus Mint Margarita

Hibiscus Mint Margarita is an wonderful mocktail. This will be an welcome drink star hotels and barbeque nation.We think this are complicated we cannot prepare in home.But this are prepared in our home very easy.In hotels they will some artificial flavor but in come we use all natural ingredients.We prepare and kept in refrigerator for 2 days not kept more than 2 days.If you not have hibiscus you will use hibiscus teabag for prepare this mocktail. My son love this mocktail very much because of him i will learn how to prepare.He loved it very much ,he taste the mocktail and said "amma you are the best amma".So this mocktail made me special.




Ingredients
  • Hibiscus petal - 25 nos 
  • Mint - one handful
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • Water - 1 litre
  • Lemon - 1 no
  • Ice cubes
  • Sugar or honey or nattu sakkarai

Method
Boil  the water
Add hibiscus petals,mint and ginger in boiled water
Rest it for one hour
Strain the water and refrigerate
At the time of drinking add nattu sakkarai,lemon and ice cubes,now your tasty hibiscus mint margarita is ready
