Nattukozhi Rasam/Country Chicken Rasam/Chicken Rasam/Rasam)

Rasam is one of the most important item in our food.Good medicine for cold.My son and brother liked this Rasam very much .Once u tasted this Rasam,you will never forgot this taste.
         Here I used Nattukozhi for making this rasam.If you won't like it use boiler chicken also.





Ingredients
  • Nattu Kozhi or Boiler Chicken Bone - 50gms
  • Onion -1no
  • Curry leaves - few
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Tumeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt
  • Peanut Oil
Rasam Powder

Garlic - 7 to 9 cloves
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - fees
RedChilli - 1no

Note : According to your taste adjust Species

Preparation

Take all the ingredients



Take all ingredients in cooker and add 1 Cup water. Cook it 6 to 8 whistle


Drain it


Coarsely grind rasam powder ingredients



Heat a pan ,add a oil and add coarsely grind paste fry untill raw smell goes


Now add drain chicken water and little bit water


Once boil switch of the flame


Hot and spicy Nattukozhi Rasam is ready serve with white rice
