Homemade Condensed Milk

Condensed milk is most important ingredients in desert and icecream . Normally we will buy in groceries shop but it will easy to prepare in home itself.We will prepare and refrigerate.

Ingredients

Milk - 2 cup

Sugar -1 cup

Baking Soda - 1/4 tspn

1. In a vessels add 2cup milk,1/4 tspn of baking soda and 1cup sugar
2. Stir Continuously,till 2 cup milk is reduced to 3/4 cup milk
3. Now switch off the flame,cool down and refrigerate
