Potato fry/Urulai kizhangu Poriyal Without Onion

Potato name itself temptation start.My favourite one and i have this fry in all recipe because i love it so much.Like mother like son ,we can fry it many ways.Here i didn't add any onion for this fry.It taste is awesome and easy recipe to cook Preparation: 10 mins Cooking: 20 mins Ingredients Potato - 3 nos Turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn Red chilli powder - 1/2 tspn Sambar powder - 1/2 tspn Mustard seeds - 1/4 tspn Channa dal - 1/4 tspn Urad dal - 1/4 tspn Salt as per taste Oil (Note: Adjust spiciness according to your taste) Step by Step Pictures Heat a pan,add oil,once oil heat add mustard seeds,channa dal and urad dal Add potato and add all powder mentioned in ingredients                            Mix it and cook it medium flame upto 15 mins without adding any water Now yummy potato fry is ready serve with hot rice,variety rice and  so many dishes

Vendakkai onion fry is set with all kind of food.Its set with chapatti,rice and any kind of variety rice.my husband love vendakkai fry very much.But seriously i m not interest to prepare this fry because of stickiness.Finally i was found easy way to avoid stickiness in vandakkai.Then you will love to prepare a vendakkai fry.Here i didnt add onion.Here i will add egg it will give taste,all people love this.Because of my son i will try this dish it came out very well. Cardamom Ginger Tea

Cardamom Ginger tea is healthy one.Its give nice aroma also.Here i will add milk in this tea,you can skip milk also its depending upon your wish. Weightloss people also drink this tea they will avoid adding milk.This will be my husband preparation.He too cook well all dishes.In my home every sunday my husband only prepare this,if u get nice tea from husband means it will heaven. Simple Sambar

Simple sambar is very yummy in taste. Sambar is most important in south indian cuisine.without sambar no function.So many varieties in sambar are there.Here is one variety and easiest one.normally sambar is easy recipe to make but this sambar is very very easy to cook,less time and it is useful for working ladies,bachelor and mom to make for lunchbox.This recipe was learnt from my amma and grandma.Both are doing in different style,here i make it my style.Any kind of veggies you will add in sambar.
